1. Definitions
- Site: the domain urc.tw and all of its pages.
- Member: anyone who has completed registration and holds an active account.
- Products: the goods offered for sale on the Site.
2. Accounts
- Registration requires a valid, accurate email address. Sign-in is provided by Clerk, a third-party service. Your password is held by Clerk; we never receive it and cannot look it up for you.
- Your account is for your own use. It may not be transferred, lent, or shared. You are responsible for losses arising from failure to keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate. Costs arising from incorrect details — a wrong delivery address or phone number, for instance — are yours to bear.
- We may suspend or terminate an account where we have reasonable grounds to believe it has been used to provide false information, place bulk orders by automated means, repeatedly order and refuse delivery in bad faith, or commit fraud or other unlawful acts.
